Pro-Biden Group Launches Racist Attack Against Nikki Haley And Totally Beclowns Itself

Last night, several minority speakers at the RNC managed to induce a mass triggering of leftists who lashed out at individuals who gave speeches at the event. The triggering was so profound that the term “Uncle Tom” began trending on Twitter as hypersensitive progressives hurled the epithet at people like Sen. Tim Scott (R-SC) and former football player Herschel Walker.

But few managed to elicit as much progressive outrage as former U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, who gave a speech about her upbringing as an Indian American. A group called South Asians for Biden slammed Haley for supposedly Americanizing her name after the former ambassador claimed that the United States is not a racist country. “In much of the Democratic Party, it’s now fashionable to say that America is racist. That is a lie. America is not a racist country,” Haley insisted during her speech.

After the speech, the group posted a now-deleted tweet, taking Haley to task for her alleged name change. “If America isn’t racist, why did Nimrata Haley feel compelled to change her name to ‘Nikki’? Maybe just the Republican Party is?” the tweet read.

But, as with most of the left’s attacks against the right, there was one simple problem. Haley’s middle name is “Nikki,” which, while being a common American name, also happens to be a Punjabi name mean “victory of the people; of the lord; victory.”’

This isn’t the first time this attack has been leveled against the former ambassador. In 2018, amid similar attacks, Haley destroyed this narrative with a simple tweet which read: “Nikki is my name on my birth certificate. I married a Haley. I was born Nimarata Nikki Randhawa and married Michael Haley.”

Apparently, someone must have informed the group of their obvious blunder, because they eventually deleted the tweet and issued an apology which read:

“Upon further reflection, an earlier tweet drawing attention to the name of Ambassador Nikki Haley has been removed. South Asians for Biden regrets the tone of the message. We will continue to focus on the very real issues facing South Asian voters this election.”

In her speech, Haley said, “We faced discrimination and hardship, but my parents never gave into grievance and hate…And the people of South Carolina chose me as their first minority and first female governor.”

While the group deserves credit for apologizing as this is out of the ordinary for far leftist groups, they could have easily avoided this blunder by using a little-known tool called Google. Five minutes of digging would have caused them a lot of embarrassment.

However, it seems that too many progressive figures are not concerned with truth. They would rather spread a false narrative to score cheap political points than compete on ideas. Unfortunately, we can expect to see more of these frantic attacks as more non-white individuals give speeches at the RNC.
