Sen. Martha McSally (R-AZ) addressed a “Keep America Great” campaign rally Wednesday night after President Donald Trump introduced her as a “tough as hell” warrior. McSally slammed the “liberal hack media” and promised that Arizona is going to vote to Keep America Great and re-elect Trump. McSally earned the ire of the media after she called a CNN reporter a “liberal hack” in January.
“Thank you, Mr. President. Welcome back to the great state of Arizona. Let’s give it up. I just want to say I have a message for the liberal hack media in the back. Arizona is going to vote in November to Keep America Great and send President Trump back to the White House,” McSally said to applause.
“Mr. President, I want you to know, I was right there on the floor at that amazing State of the Union address you gave,” she said. “It brought tears to my eyes at many places. You were honoring our veterans, you were reuniting families. It was extraordinary.”
