President Trump announced an “historic peace agreement” between Israel and the United Arab Emirates in which the UAE will recognize the existence of the Jewish state in exchange for Israel halting plans to annex parts of the West Bank and Jerusalem.
“This deal is a significant step in building a more peaceful, secure and prosperous Middle East,” Trump said.
