The Senate Judiciary Committee began day two of their confirmation hearing for Trump Supreme Court nominee Amy Coney Barrett.
Amy Coney Barrett gave the perfect response when asked if she was reading from notes.
“You know, most of us have multiple notebooks and notes and books and things like that in front of us. Can you hold up what you’ve been referring to and answering our questions?” Republican Senator Cornyn (TX) asked.
“The letterhead that says United States Senate,” she replied holding up a blank notepad.
