Biden Supporters Attack 7-Year-Old Boy Outside DNC Over His MAGA Hat

On Thursday, before the primetime trainwreck otherwise known as the DNC 2020 kicked off, a group of Trump supporters gathered outside Chase Center protesting Joe Biden and Kamala Harris – a perfectly acceptable expression of their First Amendment rights. A couple of young female Biden supporters approached a 7-year-old boy and his mom, tore up their signs, and stole his “Make America Great Again” hat. Even though the boy was crying and asking the women to give him back his hat and asking his mom to call 911, the women refused while cussing out the mom and even taking swings at her.

The incident was caught on video, and Students For Trump’s Benny Johnson tweeted it out.

The video is seriously disturbing. Do these women have a maternal bone in their bodies? How can they take something from a child, ruin it, steal his property, and cuss at him because his beliefs are different than theirs?

One of the grassroots supporters who was in the group with Riley and his mom, Colton Duncan, said:

“I was with Riley. The kid has such a kind heart. It really is sad that a 7-year-old boy exhibited more class than the “Adults” attending Biden’s convention.”

Dan Bongino tweeted the video and asked President Trump to send the boy a new hat, and Donald Trump Jr. tweeted a reply.

Then Friday morning, Riley got a call from President Trump.

Riley will be receiving a new MAGA hat, autographed by President Trump.

Conservative activist David Leatherwood, who witnessed the attack, told RedState:

“I can’t believe these agitators would attack a 7-year-old for wearing a MAGA hat, but at the same time, it doesn’t surprise me because we’ve seen it happen time and time again across the country to all types of people. I met Riley right after the incident and he was still visibly upset, shaken, and rattled. Attacking children is unacceptable regardless of their political affiliation. I’m ecstatic to hear that the President reached out to Riley and is sending him a signed hat. He deserves it. He will remember this for as long as he lives!”

Riley had to have been so disappointed and discouraged to see this type of behavior from adults, who saw no consequences for their actions. Receiving a call from the President of the United States is sure to take some of the sting away.
