One of the things that Sen. Kamala Harris (D-CA) revealed before she flamed out in the primaries, with single digit numbers, was that she had no political soul.
You know where President Donald Trump stands, he’s not shy about telling you about it, honestly and openly, whether it’s politically helpful or not.
But Harris basically sticks her finger up to test the political wind and then says what she thinks is the most convenient and popular thing to say at that moment depending on what crowd she is and how it might help her.
That was why she kept flip flopping all over the place on Medicare for all for example.
Her one moment during a primary debate where she caught a little fire was when she basically skewered Joe Biden for his associations with segregationists, talking about how it so touched her as a little girl who was bused to school, because it was “personal.”

Very personal, very touching? Right? Remember how she immediately right after the debate, she immediately had a t-shirt ready for sale, “That little girl was me,” as a take-off on that point? And raised a ton of money off of it?
Coincidence? Kamala Harris raises $2M in 24 hours with help of ‘That little girl was me’ shirts #HarrisBiden2020 #BidenHarris https://t.co/WsK4zrQI9x

But guess it really was pretty much all bull, listen to what she tells Stephen Colbert now, when he asks how does she resolve what she said them with being with him now? “It was a DEBATE,” she says. That’s her explanation.
Kamala Harris basically accused Joe Biden of being a racist during the debates and her only defense is “it was a debate”.
So did you never think he was racist and knowingly falsely accused him of being one or are you now just ok with being on a ticket with a racist? pic.twitter.com/0axLvxtf9Z

In other words, how could you have possibly taken what she said seriously then, Stephen? She said what she thought would hurt him and help herself at the time. Nothing personal that she accused Biden of something terrible, hahaha, it’s just a debate. Now she’s still saying what she thinks will help herself once again. So just forget that she said all that. And watch for the cackling tell. Hillary had that too. Whenever they don’t want to answer the question/gloss over the subject, they’ll start laughing inappropriately to deflect.
This is what being phony and having no principles looks like. This is why people despise unscrupulous politicians, because it really isn’t about principle but about doing whatever they can to get into power.
