After a review of the ongoing election results in the state of Philadelphia on ABC News’ election coverage Tuesday night, network anchor George Stephanopoulos likened the situation to 2016.
“This is looking a little bit right now like a replay of 2016,” Stephanopoulos remarked.
“The problem is you have so much early voting and every state is different of when they count that,” former Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel remarked.
