“You know he’s not a racist, you’re saying he borrowed [that phrase] from a racist 30 years ago,” Giuliani told Morgan.

“No it is not,” said Giuliani. “I was in law enforcement for 30 years, I never heard it before, what a bunch of garbage you’re spewing… and it happens to be factually correct, no matter where you come from. If you start looting, people are going to start shooting, you’re going to kill people. And they have killed people. And you don’t cover it because you’re a bunch fo phonies, you’re professionally unethical.”
