At a press conference on Tuesday to report on the protests in the Bronx the night prior, Rep. Eliot Engel (D-NY) told Bronx Borough President Ruben Diaz he would like to speak. He was caught on a hot mic telling Diaz if he didn’t have a primary, he wouldn’t care.
“Don’t do that to me,” Diaz told him.
