CNN reporter Daniel Dale criticized the Bloomberg campaign for posting this “altered” video clip from Wednesday’s Democratic primary debate on Twitter, something many have often criticized the president for doing.

In the video, Bloomberg asks his fellow candidates if any of them has ever “started a business” and then shows 20 seconds of silence that did not occur at Wednesday’s debate. In real life, Bloomberg paused for less than two seconds before continuing on with his point:

Pollster Frank Luntz joked that he must have missed this moment in the debate while getting up for snacks:

President Trump’s number one memesmith praised the video, saying it “is actually well done and hilarious” and mocking those who called it “doctored.”
