Jussie Smollett Has New Indictments and His Accomplices Have to Say This About Him Now

I have a feeling after all this is done, Jussie Smollett is going to wish that his biggest problem was Dave Chappelle taking some cracks at him in his latest special “Sticks and Stones” which you can find on Netflix. (This is NOT a paid endorsement of Dave’s comedy special but it was really funny)

Seems that over the weekend, TMZ happened to run into the brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo, who were “allegedly” part of that incident that Smollett says happened where he was attacked in Chicago on his way to Subway. This is the first that anyone has had a chance to talk to them since it was announced that Jussie was facing new charges.

According to Pop Culture

Asked if they have any regrets about the incident personally, the brothers said that they simply regret how many people were hurt by the case.

“Honestly we just feel remorseful for being involved in a situation that caused so many people pain,” they said. “It takes away the attention from actual real situations that happen, like hate crimes and people being hurt. That’s all. Right now, we’re just focused on the positive, focused on the future.”

As for more specific questions about the alleged attack and the logistical issues many people see in it, the brothers said: “We’ll save that for court.” They then confirmed that they are willing to take the stand in court if they are called.

“If they call us to [testify], we’ll do what needs to be done,” they said. “Our position hasn’t changed.”

These two are not being cryptic at all. They want to be called to the stand and throw Jussie under the bus, subway, or uber to clear their own name.

Having watched the political system for a while I can tell you that this case in Chicago was handled so badly that when outgoing Mayor Rahm Emanuel blasted everyone days before he left office when these charges were dropped, something had to happen. Cook County State Attorney Kim Foxx is being investigated, Jussie is no longer off the hook and who knows what else is going to happen here.

You damn well better believe, though, this case HAS to go to trial just so we can hear the version of what happened directly from the Osundairo brothers. Plus it will be a great case to let people know that Court T.V. is back and broadcasting.

I say that is a win/win for America. Unless of course, Nancy Grace is doing the breakdown after court each day.

Then it is just a win/loss.
